One of the original Adelaide Les Girls, Vicki is no stranger to the stage performing in clubs, theatres and pubs.
It will be a night of Impersonations, Comedy, Rhinestones, Feathers and Sequins. 90 minutes of non-stop entertainment not to be missed!

A standing ovation says it all!
Another absolutely fabulous and highly entertaining night full of well chosen tribute songs, stunning costumes, and comedy .
A perfect closing with TINA’s “Simply the Best” and “I’ll Never Love This Way Again” brought her adoring audience to their feet. Throughout the show Vicki was supported by two very talented artists ex Les Girls Vonni and Michael Jaxon Carson - their duet as Effie and Norman Gunston was hilarious!
After 220 shows last year and a 37 year span and career - it’s time for 55 year old Vicki to take a well deserved break.

"I’M STILL HERE” with Vicki Vegas
Another fabulous glitzy evening with the very popular tribute artist Vicki Vegas at The Brit on Saturday night.
Vicki never fails to start her show off with full-on glamour in a stunning costume and enormous headwear (which she makes and embellishes herself!).
Her opening disco song “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” to her emotional closing song “Song For You / I've got the music in me" - PLUS her title song (I'M STILL HERE) - was appropriate for what the audience was to experience throughout her show.!
Vicki paid tribute in song to the likes of Shirley Bassey, Cher, an ageing Madonna, Queen Latifah and even Tom Jones got a tribute that was a sight to behold!
All so very entertaining and in some cases “naughty” but always humorous! Vicki always engages up close and personal with her audience and this time free hugs were on offer as well as the opportunity to write questions for her to answer in the second half of her show.

Another fabulous and highly entertaining show from female tribute artist extraordinaire Vicki Vegas at The Brit at Wingfield. Celebrating over 35 years in the business, Vicki just gets better and better ! The costumes are absolutely stunning and more glamorous. The impersonations of Barbra Streisand, Dusty Springfield, Amy Winehouse, and Cher were wonderful but the best was Joan Rivers - which was word perfect , naughty, highly entertaining and had the audience in stitches. I enjoyed guest singer Linda McCarthy and thought she was a good addition to the show . RATING 5 STARS

REVIEW: Lashes, Laughs. And a Touch of VEGAS . Another FABULOUS and new show Saturday night at the lovely Diverse City venue. Vicki Vegas just keeps getting better in a stunning range of new and very glamorous costumes. A great opening to Burning Love in a White Elvis suit and closing with a stunning black crystal covered dress and headpiece that even Cher would be envious of to “This is my life”. The show was classy “naughty but nice” and very entertaining . Vicki still has a wonderful and “special” way of getting up close with her audience whilst performing to some of her favourite artists such as Eartha Kitt, Shirley Bassey, Michael Buble and Elton John ! Special guests Louise and Georgia also good support acts Vicki Vegas did it her way! And she was fabulous!

Congratulations to the fabulous “Entertainer Extraordinaire” Vicki Vegas celebrating 35 years in the biz with her very glam “Diamonds Are Forever” extravaganza . Performing along with special guest ex Sydney Les Girl Vonni made this “Vicki’s BEST SHOW EVER!
A near full - house audience was treated to 19 stunning costume changes, great comedy, naughty and quick witted banter, mingling with her adoring fans - all whilst brilliantly paying tribute to some of her favourite singers!

About Vicki
With over 36 years experience in showbiz, Vicki has performed widely across Australasia.
An Adelaide local, from the age of 19, she hit the stage as Vicki Verca at the iconic Reflextions Nightclub (Nee Flamingos). Her performances were such a sensation, that Vicki took out the ‘Drag Queen of The Year award
within the first 12 months!
After a stint with the original Adelaide cast of Jullianne Deen’s LES GIRLS, Vicki joined the touring cast of Sydney LES GIRLS performing her favourite impersonation – Liza Minnelli.
Vicki then took her shows on the road and for the coming years performing in Melbourne, Sydney, Townsville and Cairns, under the stage name of
Vicki V.
While at a dinner party in Sydney one night, hosted by the famous Carlotta of Sydney Les Girls fame, Vicki was christened Vicki Vegas by the legend Carlotta herself who, quick wittingly said “You’re bigger than Vegas itself”!
Vicki Vegas specializes in impersonations of the stars of stage and screen – think Shirley Bassey, Barbara Streisand, Joan Rivers, Bette Midler, Tina Turner, Judy Garland, Dusty Springfield and of course Liza Minnelli – just to name a few!
In 2009, Vicki toured her show Liza – A Lass from Vegas! – A Liza Minnelli Tribute show - around Australia.
The well written show and impeccable impersonation made this a roaring success.
Vicki has been seen in several TV commercials across Australia and appeared in Dannii Minogue's film clip EVERLASTING NIGHT.
Vicki also appeared on stage with Dannii, at Sydney's Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras in front of thousands of revelers!
Now living a reasonably quieter life now in country South Australia, Vicki is still performing - but not as much as she used too.
Currently she is writing her memoirs titled – BEEN THERE DONE THAT ...

I saw Vicki Vegas perform in Adelaide at the Soul Box. An absolutely electrifying performer who gives and gives in her numbers. I'm sure there are still scorch marks on the stage where she absolutely burnt her way through a fantastic show.

There are so many drag shows around. But we only hire the best artists. Vicki Vegas has done 4 consecutive years for our New Years Eve shows & Mid year entertainment. Every time she comes up with some of the most amazing shows / costumes and songs.
Even the massive productions would envy. No show is the same, and very entertaining each time.
Even had a promoter who came along to the resort to see her, and was happy to take her to appear on the real VEGAS STRIP.
She is one of those RARE show people, who doesn't pick on the crowd, just to get a laugh. She doesn't need to do that - She's a comic natural entertainer.
Go See her ... BOOK HER! - Do what you can to witness this SUPERB entertainer.

“Oh what a night it really was” with Vicki Vegas, female impersonator and comedy queen who has one of the most successful careers in Drag entertainment.
From the moment Vicki stepped on stage she dazzled us with her professionalism , stunning sequined costumes , her wonderful stories, photos and songs showcasing her wonderful 33 year career.
A quick witted comedian who had us in stitches with her brilliant and hilarious impersonations of some of the biggest stars of stage and screen - Helen Reddy, Cher, Dusty Springfield,, Dolly Parton, Amy Winehouse and her favourite Joan Rivers.
Not forgetting special guest and yodeler Angelique Hickinbottom” so funny it had me in tears!
Loved the tribute to - “Priscilla Queen of the Desert”.
THIS IS ME - VICKI VEGAS is fabulous, “different” and of the most entertaining shows I have had the pleasure of seeing during the Adelaide Fringe 2022
